An Evening with Taglioni is based on a true story. When legendary ballerina Marie Taglioni, the first woman to go 'en pointe' retired, her pointe shoes were bought by a fan in St Petersburg, cooked at a lavish dinner party and served to 35 adoring fans.

Due to be released later in 2020, Taglioni is made in partnership with English National Ballet. 20 dancers from ENB feature along side a principal cast of actors and dancers.
